💪 Dietz Driveline is hard. Arm care is hard. Baseball is hard. And it’s not supposed to be easy. After this first week, I know my athletes are already feeling that.

⚾ But here’s the truth: the hard work now is what saves you from injuries later. I’m tough because I’ve lived it- Tommy John surgery is no joke. My goal is to make sure your players never end up there.

🔥 Yes, it’s hard. Yes, it takes consistency. But if you stick with it, the results are always worth it.

What is Driveline?
A 5-month journey that’ll take your skills to new heights in 4 phases!⚾️ We kick things off in September, going full throttle with 3 sessions per week, each lasting an hour.
Now, let’s break down the 4 phases:
1️⃣ Phase 1: Master the art of throwing with PlyoCare balls.
2️⃣ Phase 2: Level up with long toss using heavy weighted baseballs.
3️⃣ Phase 3: Get ready for intense Pull Downs.
4️⃣ Phase 4: Bring it all together with Mound Blends. 🏋️

This 5 month, 4-phase program is designed to build elite throwers from the ground up:
1️⃣ Plyocare throwing mechanics
2️⃣ Long toss with weighted balls
3️⃣ Intense pull downs
4️⃣ Mound blends (baseball only)
🥎 Softball players will skip Phase 4 and instead we will extend the first 3 phases for maximum development!
