What's up everyone? I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday! I took a break from posting to recenter myself as well as put together a new plan on being healthier. Just like you I struggle with the day to day of eating right and exercising. Even as a trainer I don't always make the best decision on eating right. We all let life get in the way of our pursuits of being healthier so here's to making a change for 2023!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! As we begin to approach the New Year people will begin to plan out their New Years resolutions. Most will base this goal around getting healthier, losing weight, or just going to the gym more regularly. Don't use a resolution to get started on your health and fitness. Most people give up on their resolutions by February. Start now make simple changes and make a lifestyle change.
