Just like that, the 2025-2026 season has concluded! With a trip to USA Spirit Nationals, these girls competed over multiple days to close out our year and bring home multiple top 10 placements!

Fight song - 4th in the nation
Band chant - 5th in the nation
Sideline - 5th in the nation
Traditional - 8th in the nation

This group has experienced so many obstacles this year, but they continued to grow together to finish their year. We couldn’t be more proud of this group and all that they left on the mat this year! To our seniors, thank you for everything you have given to KW cheer. We can’t wait to see what you do as you all move on from our program. Your futures are so bright! To our underclassmen, we can’t wait to see what’s next for KW cheer!

What a weekend. We are so incredibly proud to coach this team. They worked extremely hard all season to put out two great routines at the WIAA State championships in two very tough divisions. Despite every obstacle this season, they have never stopped coming together and their performances this weekend showed just that. Congratulations to everyone who qualified for state, and to those who trophied this year. Next stop, nationals! 💚🖤

That’s a wrap on NHSCC 2025. These girls left it all on the mat for one last time this year and ended with 2 great performances. Congratulations to all the Washington teams who represented over the weekend!

What a weekend! Kentwood cheer left it all on the mat at the WIAA state cheerleading championships. This team worked so incredibly hard to put out their best performance so far in a hard division of 10 great teams for traditional. Our gameday girls also gave a great performance in another tough division! Traditional walked away with a hard earned 2nd place and Gameday finished 3rd. Congratulations to all the teams who competed, trophied and won! On to nationals!
