Hi everyone, Cam Robinson here. I wanted to quickly introduce my new business Movement Method. Under the guidance of Flex Performance Therapy, I have developed an injury prevention training program specifically for athletes and active people.

The importance of staying healthy and injury free is compromised mainly due to the demands of year round competition, a poor foundation for biomechanics, and inadequate recovery. My program is designed to determine imbalances, correct inefficient movement in the kinetic chain, and teach body awareness. Athletes can apply these techniques, enabling them to maintain a longer, safer playing career and lifestyle.
