Using games with limited variables as a warm-up...get to a chest-to-back connection.

This could be with a combination of circling, over/under hooks, snap downs, grip fighting, ducking under, arm dragging, etc.

What we're not doing: grabbing legs, striking, throwing or tripping, breaking joints, or choking/strangling.

Gio working on side falls. Here you can see we've introduced height to make timing a challenge (to which Gio committed!), while using a crash mat to reduce risk.
