Karate Spirit, Japan Karate Association, Coventry, CT Karate Spirit is a traditional karate school in Coventry, CT. We are members of the Japan Karate As Assistant Chief Instructor is John Seifert, 5th dan.

Karate Spirit is a traditional Shotokan Karate school and an independent member of Japan Karate Association Shotokan Karate Do International. The Chief Instructor of Karate Spirit is Margaret Thomas, 6th dan JKA. Instructors have international qualifications, continue to maintain high personal and professional standards, and are dedicated to student development.
