Sometimes it might feel like you’re just going through the motions: wake up, gym, hit macros, hit water, sleep, repeat. Yes, there’s so many ways to make things exciting here and there, but overall remember building a healthy lifestyle isn’t gonna mean you’re skipping into the gym every day and feeling like things are SOO exciting.
Theres days I definitely do feel like skipping into the gym, super excited, cute gym outfit etc.
Other days I’m sitting in my car trying to come up with an elaborate excuse to not go in.
The best way I describe it is just taking it day by day and not focusing on results every second , because the best feeling ever is doing your thing every day showing up hitting your daily goals and then checking in with yourself each week or so and being like…OHHH this is paying off so much, my hard work is showing !!
Getting caught in results every day will make it go by slowwww. It’s already November, a lot of people won’t make changes because they feel like it’s gonna take too long, but look how fast the year goes by. Lock in and you will get there.
