SCVB is a local outlet for players of all ages and skill levels who are looking to enhance their all around technical skills for beach or indoor.

We run clinics, camps, fundraiser tournaments and more!

Coach Ambrose with a group of local juniors. These are some top level 16 & 17 year olds from all over Rhode Island and we are so lucky to work with them! These ladies are the future of the sport we love and we adore every minute with them! ❤️

Columbus, Ohio was an amazing Nationals! Great city, great people, and a great tournament! Congratulations to our 2 teams this year: Swing City Massacre & Swing City Carnage! 😍👏🙌 what an incredible sight it was to watch such an awesome group of high level players compete at the biggest tournament of the year rocking the Swing City brand ❤️ Thank you to everyone on both teams 💕

Congratulations to one of Swing City Volleyballs family members Angel de la Cruz! ! Him and his partner, Kris Fraser, knocked out the #1 seed today at the AVP qualifiers in Austin, Texas! A huge accomplishment for a local player, great friend, and an all around awesome guy. Well deserved my friend. Keep up the great work!!!

What a great day we had today at Bryant University for the Swing City 4s tourney! Thank you to EVERYONE who came out and played and helped support! What a fun tourney filled with super high level competition, great people, and a fun atmosphere! We got lots of great feedback and can’t wait to make next years bigger and better! Congrats to the winners and all of those who won random prizes and/or raffle prizes!

100 courts of volleyball last weekend in Boston! Thousands gathered for the sport we all love!!😍
Coach Ambrose was there coaching club girls and boys as well as playing in the Men’s A/AA

Coach Tom and his squad won yesterday’s men’s tournament! Congrats to the whole family and crew. This team was made up of a couple coaches, current and former college Vball players, and all around great guys! Keep up the hard work everyone! 👏👍

SAVE THE DATES!!!! We are hosting a 5 team RCO OPEN & 5 team RCO BB 4s tournament on Friday night January 11th at Teamworks, Warwick! ALSO, we are having a 5 team MENS & 5 team WOMENS CASH open level 4s tournament Saturday night January 12th!
The rco tourneys will be $80 a team, starting at 7, lots of play, prizes, and always pretty people. The cash tourneys will be $120 a team and payouts will be based on team entries. If you have any questions or would like to reserve a spot to play please contact me or Will Naylor

Every year Swing City Volleyball is allowed the privilege to help local resident and saint Mrs.Diane Ambrose run a annual charity volleyball tournament that she started over 15 years ago to help raise money for the Kent County Ymca in Warwick, RI. This year we had some high school and college athletes put in a team as Swing City and they represented us extremely well and won! They played their hearts out against some fierce competition and really earned the win. The real winners however as always are the kids and families who benefit from the money raised from this tournament and that wouldn’t be possible without everyone that participated. Thank you so much to everyone who came to play, watch, donate and support and of corse a hugeeeee thank you to Mrs.Ambrose❤️❤️❤️❤️

Swing City Volleyball is hosting a series of tournaments this season! This year we will run men’s, women’s, and coed 4s tournaments on selected Friday AND Saturday nights at Teamworks, Warwick! Check out the details of our first tourney!

NEXT WEEKEND : Friday 11/16-Men’s/Women’s B/BB ( Yankee C/C+ level )
Saturday 11/17-Men’s/Women’s A/AA ( Yankee B level )

5 teams in each division. $20 per player. No membership required. Good competition and a great facility. Message Tom Ambrose or Will Naylor with any questions and/or to reserve a spot! Keep an eye out for more events and dates coming up!

Angel de la Cruz and Alexis O. DeLa Cruz did that winning thing again today and won the Swing City Volleyball Men’s Open at Hill’s Tavern & Grill Awesome group of guys and competition all day and an especially competitive finals! Shoutout to the 2nd place team Brock and Chris as well as everyone that participated! Thank you and Nice playing everyone!
