Meet Adele! She has been taking beginner western lessons at Double J for a few weeks now. She comes to us with a little bit of riding experience in walk/trot, patterns, and trotting ground poles.

This week, her confidence in the saddle paired with her awesome balance sparked her curiosity to take the next step and try cantering for the first time! Both her and Leo did a great at the canter, and she can’t wait to refine her new skills! Great job Adele! ✨🐴

Animal and Horse Summer Camp is officially underway at Double J!

Starting this week, we welcomed our first campers of the summer to an experience filled with farm animals, small animals, horse riding, horticulture, arts & crafting and so much more! Every day is packed full of hands-on learning, new adventures, and discovery. 🌱

There’s nothing better than seeing kids connect with animals, build confidence, learn responsibility, and enjoy the great outdoors all day! We can’t wait to share highlights from all the exciting activities in summer camp this year! ✨

Follow along as our campers saddle up, plant new things, make new art, explore the farm, and meet new animals with their amazing teachers and counselors!

Meet Monica! She has been taking beginner western lessons on Brownie at Double J for the last 2 months, and today, the pair cantered together for the very first time! After lots of work at her walk/trot, determination, and building confidence, she took the next big step and absolutely crushed it! ✨🐴 Great job Monica!

We love to see riders grow, progress, and achieve the goals they once thought were out of reach. You can do anything you set your mind to!
