$100 gets you personally crafted workout programs along with access to our boxing class and future classes that will be dropped soon. Privates and small group training prices remain the same. We’re kicking off our new Workout Wednesday series with the Ickey Shuffle on the speed ladder.

This quick-foot drill is a simple but powerful way to improve foot speed, coordination, agility, and balance. It also helps elevate your heart rate, activate key muscles, and sharpen your reaction time—making it a perfect dynamic warm-up for any workout.
