We regret to announce that we will be postponing this year’s 10th Annual Big Dog V-Drive Run, which was scheduled for July 24–26, 2026, due to circumstances beyond our control.
As many of you may know, Dave and Marsha Theis have sold Windmill Cove. We want to thank them for nine successful years of a truly wonderful event. Last year alone, the event raised nearly $35,000, bringing our total to over $250,000 and making it the largest fundraising event for the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Boater Safety and STARS/Explorers Program.
The new owners, Dan Dumas and Annabelle, have big plans for Windmill Cove, and we can’t wait to be a part of it. We are already in talks and are excited about what next year may bring. It will be the biggest 10-year celebration of the Big Dog V-Drive Run yet!
We will be sure to keep everyone updated. Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, for making this event what it is.
