Meet Bradlee – Co-owner and President of The Level Bar. Bradlee’s passion for fitness began early, growing up in a gym owned by his parents. He played high school baseball and continued his athletic journey at Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics.

Now Bradlee is an ISSA certified personal trainer and baseball trainer at EL1 Quad Cities. After experiencing multiple shoulder injuries from uneven weightlifting and overuse of his dominant side, he developed the Level Bar. This innovative barbell provides instant feedback to keep both sides of the body balanced, ensuring equal force production.
