Notes from April Meeting: Was a great start to the club rebuild! Had a few new faces join us, thanks Ben,Jason,Tim, and Ryan for following us on social media and joining us. Main point was to focus on rebuilding a strong membership base and reaching out to a younger crowd and families that can keep us going for years to come. Contacted Kurt to fill in a lot of my questions before and during the meeting. Was great to see Carl to help answer more questions on how things are run. We plan on having a few events (non snowmobile) this summer on the mountain such as off-road adventures, hiking and maybe a family camping trip since there are LOTS of places I recently discovered that can support a large group.
Discussed this fall's wood work party. Have received information that the forest service is already gathering logs and putting them in dry storage in Chalatchie Prarie until we need them. That will save us a lot of time gathering throughout the forest area.
Next planned meeting will be Thursday May 7th 6pm Social 7pm meeting Round Table Pizza Salmon Creek. Please let us know if there are any question or Ideas to help rebuild the club!
