Greetings Fellow Yogis,

Happy New Year, everyone!

Classes will kickoff January 14th! For our regular evening classes.

Classes will be every Wednesday from 6:30-730pm.

If there is a week we won’t have class, or need to adjust the schedule I will let you know in advance.

All supplies included, and the cost is $15 per participant. New routines, new stretches! I am ready to ramp up a healthy 2026! See you all soon!

We are in the process of refreshing the front entryway. Please help us out and take your shoes/belongings home before Friday 10 October. Shoes left after that date will be donated to charity.

Yes, you still need to bring clean shoes with you to work out in. After 10 October the shelves will be for day use only

Just a thought: If your pre workout is causing you to evacuate your bowels as soon as you get to the gym, take it twenty minutes earlier and clog your own toilet at home instead.
