I have some bittersweet news to share with my Wild Roots family. 🤍 After a lot of thought and planning, my family and I have made the decision to move to Florida later this year. With everything that comes along with preparing for such a big move, I’ve also made the difficult decision that it’s time to wrap up my regular yoga classes here.
For the past 3½ years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga and growing alongside so many of you. It’s hard to put into words how much this little yoga community has meant to me. Every class, every person who showed up and trusted me to guide them, every laugh, conversation, deep breath, and quiet moment on the mat has helped shape me into the teacher I am today.
Teaching yoga has never just been about poses or movement for me. It has been about connection, creating a space where we could slow down, breathe, feel safe, and simply be. I hope that in some small way, these classes have given each of you as much as they have given me.
And while closing this chapter is bittersweet, I’m also incredibly excited about what may be waiting for me in the next one. This move gives me the opportunity to chase one of my absolute dreams!! Teaching yoga on the beach. 🌊🧘♀️ There is something pretty special about knowing that something I started here 3½ years ago may follow me all the way to the ocean.
To everyone who has ever rolled out a mat with me, whether it was once or countless times, thank you. Thank you for your support, your trust, your energy, and for allowing me to share something I love so deeply with you.
This isn’t necessarily goodbye forever. When I come back to visit, I would absolutely love to hold some Wild Roots pop-up classes and have all of us meet back on our mats again. 🌿
I’m leaving this chapter with such a full heart and so much gratitude for every person who has been part of it. I truly wish each and every one of you happiness, peace, growth, and so many beautiful things ahead.
Thank you for being part of Wild Roots Yoga, and thank you for helping make me the teacher I am today.
Until we meet again on the mat. 🤍
Namaste. 🙏🌿
