Finally home from spring bear. Hunters done. Camp work mostly done. Did a pack job for the forest service. Horses put up in the high camp for the summer. All in all had a good season. Hope all that hunted with us had a great time. I would like to say thanks again for hunting with us if you where in the high camp with Brian and myself or in Cayuse with Jeff, Mac Suzy and Max. We really appreciate all of you. We had some good weather, some bad weather and hot weather but still managed to harvest a good number of good bears with only 10 bears missed, wounded or passed on. I'm very happy with the season. I will post all the pictures I have if yours is not there please send to me I will get it posted Congratulations to all our lucky hunters and looking forward to next year. I apologize for not getting this out sooner . One more thing... Cayuseoutfitting is happy to say we now have satellite internet as a convenient way for our hunters to communicate, check and send emails. It seems to work very well very and we are happy with it. Everyone have a great summer! Almost time for elk and moose season. Gonna be a busy one.

Well all and all cayuse had a good spring and a good fall season .would like to thank all of our old and new clients that hunted with us and we are looking forward to 2019 .which so far looks fantastic .we are going into our 4th season solo at the helm and I did not think things would be so good so fast .and it would not be if I did not have the excellent help and all the fantastic clients that keep us going so thanks to all so very much for the patronage and the staff we have for all of there long hours and hard work .with out all of you we would not be where we are .so please everyone have a merry Christmas and a very happy new year. Also we had hanna our first 12 year old girl in camp moose hunting she braved the rain snow fog and cold and harvested a nice bull congratulations well done .hope to see everyone at the shows soon have a safe and happy holiday season. Well it's the middle of August seemed like bear season just ended I'm sorry I haven't been on here and posted something sooner.thought we had a good bear season some really nice bears this year.had some really good weeks and some not so good due to weather .never know which week will be the best or what the weather will do or the bears for that matter .but all said and done our harvest was above average and I hope all who hunted with us had a great time .looking forward to serving and seeing all of you again soon thanks so much for hunting with us this year .we enjoyed each and everyone of you and I personally wish I could have spent more time in cayuse but we had great hunting and fun in bear creek camp .I wish to also thank Jeff ,mac ,suze and maximus for there great work in cayuse .will hopefully see you all in salt lake in February .now back to the hills to start bow and gun elk and moose hunts cant wait only a few more weeks .I will be in and out so please if you call leave a message I will get back to you as soon as I can .happy hunting to all and thanks again for your patronage.

The Salt Lake Show is in the books and I'm headed home. Just want to say thanks so much to all of our old clients and all the new ones that we met at this show! Had a great show and got to meet everybody. I am looking forward to seeing y'all in the spring and seeing you all again next year!

Merry Christmas from Cayuse Outfitters! Hope everybody is going to have a Happy New Year and I hope everybody had a good year last year. Our hunting season was long and it was good. Not as good as we'd like but that's just the way the weather and wolves and everything make it. We had a lot of fun all in all it was a pretty good season. I want to apologize for taking so long to get on here and post and tell everybody that was hunting with us this year thanks so much for your patronage. Looking forward to seeing you in the future.
