It has been brought to our attention that each registered volunteer who is able to vote must be notified either by mail or email at least 10 days in advance of the meeting. That being said we will hold our regular board meeting tonight at 6 and decide on a new date for the annual meeting. Again. So sorry for the confusion 😬

Friendly reminder! We are asking all registered volunteers to come vote tomorrow on our 2026-2027 little league board meeting! We need 20% of our membership to be able to vote in a new board 🤩🎉 all members of the community are welcome to attend! Tomorrow night at 6pm at the Cottonwood Community Center

Calling all registered volunteers! According to Little League International’s Constitution we are required to have 20% of our membership at our annual meeting to vote in a new board! That means we need YOU! Anyone who registered as a volunteer (completed a background check and live scan) is asked to please come to our meeting and vote 🥳 Help us make sure the 2026-2027 season is even better than the last one.
