Whether he’s teaching classes, coaching athletes, fixing or finding something around the school, making everyone smile or laugh at the front desk or quietly taking care of the 5,000 things that happen behind the scenes, KC’s simply wouldn’t be KC’s without him.

He’s been part of the lives of so many of our students and families over the years, and we’re pretty darn lucky to have him!

We took martial arts on the road and had such a fun morning visiting the kiddos at The Farm Preschool!

We taught them one of our favorite KC’s lessons about FOCUS, showed them all the colorful belts martial artists wear and earn, and even got their teachers in on the action with some BOARD BREAKING! 💥👏

🥋 SIGNED ON: BLACK BELT TRAINING CLASS OF 2027! 🥋

The commitment has been made. Now the work begins.

These athletes have officially signed on for six months of intensive Black Belt Training as they prepare for Black Belt Testing in April 2027. Hill runs. Extra training. Early mornings. Long practices. Pushing limits. Building skills. And becoming the kind of martial artists worthy of the belt they’re working toward.

🎉❤️ HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MASTER ANDREA! ❤️🎉

From, Master Conover and all of us at KC’s!

It’s hard to even put into words what Master Andrea means to KC’s and to me personally.

She has grown up with us, grown into an incredible martial artist and leader, and become such a huge part of everything we do. She loves these kids and families, believes in what we’re building, works ridiculously hard, and is always there through all the fun, chaos, challenges, celebrations and everything in between.

I am SO proud of the woman and leader she has become as our Lead Instructor. And I’m incredibly grateful that I get to do life and KC’s with her.

Thank you for loving this place and our people the way you do. Thank you for always having my back, for putting up with me 😂, and for caring so much about getting it right.

KC’s absolutely would not be the same without you. And neither would I. ❤️
