One of the best parts of Jiu Jitsu is knowing you can walk into a gym miles from home and still find your people. 🥋

NEW SEDONA SCHEDULE!
We’ve made some updates to our Sedona classes, including splitting our kids program by age so everyone gets training that’s better suited to them!

🥋 Little Kids (4+): Tues–Thurs | 4:30–5:15 PM
🥋 Big Kids (8+): Tues–Thurs | 5:15–6 PM
🥋 Adults: Tues–Thurs | 6–7:15 PM
🥋 Kids All Ages: Friday | 4–5 PM

Plus, we still have our noon adult classes Tuesday–Thursday, Monday evening NoGi, and Saturday Open Mat!

Save the new schedule, send it to your training partner, and we’ll see you on the mats.
