I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out on behalf of Cotton Center ISD to invite you to partner with us for our Annual Field Day, taking place on **May 13th**.
This event is a highlight of the school year for our students and staff, bringing everyone together for a fun, active day that promotes teamwork, school spirit, and community involvement. We will also have several vendors participating, making it a great opportunity to showcase local support.
We are currently seeking sponsors to help provide supplies and experiences for the day. Some of the items we are looking for include:

* Bug spray and sunscreen
* Bandanas and team flyers
* Watermelon, popsicles, bottled water, and ice
* Hula hoops, balls, red cups, and other game supplies
* Water balloons and water guns
* Foam party setup
* Dunk tank (for a fun admin activity)
As a sponsor, your business will be recognized on the official Field Day t-shirts worn by both students and staff, providing great visibility and showing your support for our school community.
We would greatly appreciate any level of contribution—whether through monetary support, donated items, or services. Your generosity will help us create a memorable and enjoyable experience for our students.
