Story behind the photo dump!
When it comes to starting any kind of fitness journey, whether it’s for weight loss, muscle gain, longevity, medical reasons, etc., food is often the biggest hurdle for clients. There is so much information out there that it can be confusing. One of the biggest things we believe in at Freedom Fitness, is to make sure not to make drastic changes, but to make small changes daily that eventually lead to different habits.

We have many different methods of tracking food in order to help people make changes that they are seeking. I personally had a client that tried a couple different ways of tracking, and they all became very inconsistent. Finally, we decided that she should just send me a picture of what she was eating every time she ate or drank. This way I was able to see portion sizes, timing in the day when she ate, and quality of food that was eaten! In return, she asked something that no one has ever asked…. She said, “Will you reciprocate that for me so that I can see what you’re eating and learn from that!” So here’s about everything I’ve eaten in the past 2 to 3 weeks.
