Yogalaties returns! 9 am Saturday September 6th. New location...632 Main street directly across from the Axe and Fiddle. Public parking on 5th. Can't wait to see you all!

Some bittersweet news.

The Health Hub will be winding down at the end of August. I'm ready to move on to other things, and being a business owner doesn't factor into that right now! It has been an amazing 8 years, lots of ups, some downs, but such an honor to meet and work with really wonder people.

The Hub will live on--many classes will be shifting over to Valley Fitness in the Fall (stay tuned!), and I'll still be putting time into South Valley Athletics and supporting the formation of a Park & Rec District. We've built a great community over the years, and I hope that will continue beyond the walls of 1133 East Main.

I'll be selling/giving away lots of things from here, so stay tuned for that as well. I'm also planning a farewell party for sometime in September.

Thanks to all of you, lots of love, and we'll be seeing you around!
