WOU's Brennen Murphy broke his own school record in the 400 Saturday - moved to No. 2 on the GNAC all-time list and to No. 15 in NCAA Division II this season at the Beach Invitational.

Great day for the CG throwers at the Harvey Lewellen Throws Invitational. Justin took the win in the javelin, Carrissalynn won the shot, and the CG girls won the javelin team title.

A huge thank you to and for hosting the Wildwood Mile in Portland. It was a fantastic celebration of girls distance running featuring over 350 runners. A group of eight girls from the high school and middle school represented Cottage Grove in five of the 17 heats of the mile. Special shout out to 6th grader Zoe for winning her heat and getting to sign the Wildwood Wood Cookie! Track season is officially here!
