Spring is here and the snow is starting to melt! We are taking rafting trips starting the first week of May. As the snow melts the cfs flow of the river keeps rising! Remember that the second week of June is generally peak high-water so if your looking for the wetest wildest ride possible thats the time to book. Weekends are filling up quick, so if your only able to be here that one weekend out of the summer make sure you call us soon so that we can guarantee you the date that you need. If you have never been rafting before or just arnt ready for the big bigs consider our upper Bighorn section from Vallie Bridge right back to our home base at Rock N Row. A very scenic trip with just enough rapids to introduce you to the incredible world of whitewater without being "too much" to start with. Some class ll-lll rapids and a great jumping rock/swim spot! Or if your looking for that bigger adventure we head further down stream from our office into the middle and lower Bighorn sections. Larger sections of rapids and more of them. We can do a half day, a full day and we do overnighters. Or if your looking for the Ultimate Adventure book a Island Overnighter, where we raft a 10 mile half day section of class l-lV rapids and then float down to the island.We then set up camp get a nice fire burning turn up the tunes and enjoy good food and good times under the stars. The next morning we recharge with a nice breakfast and get prepped to go run the Royal Gorge. Classes l-V Rapids on this world class stretch of water. Have your game face on for this section and be ready to paddle! The waves are big and the holes are huge, we paddle 965 feet down below the Royal Gorge suspension bridge through some of the most epic whitewater in Colorado.
