It’s important to read the fine print. This time, in Sonoma County entering the “red tier” looks different. Parameters on gyms are much tighter and even with my little studio, I will need to adhere to a 10% capacity guideline. Until I learn or I am told that this is different will maintain a limited schedule and only be offering private sessions. I’m excited for what’s to come and look forward to seeing everyone soon. For now, stay healthy and enjoy the sunshine☀️ Thank you ALL for your continued support💕

My natural instinct is to want to control...I simply can’t right now. I don’t have the mental energy and I know in my life that God is really guiding my course. All of ours!

A new normal might be upon us but I remain hopeful for the future to be even brighter and better. Slowing down has had its blessings and I am holding onto that, even with so much uncertainty ahead. I hope and pray that all of you can too.

I miss teaching, I miss the studio and I miss all of you. Continue to take care of your physical AND mental health. I look forward to seeing everyone when the time comes🥰

I loved being back at it, but now after only being open three weeks Sonoma County has mandated that we close....again.😞
I’ve been blessed by all of you and continue to hope and pray that we will look out for one another. No matter how inconvenient it might seem, some big impacts are being felt, especially by all the small businesses being hit.
We’ve got to do the right thing. Wear your masks, wash your hands and limit the non-essentials. We’ll get through this❤️

We also can’t forget all that is going on right now. Taking care of ourselves, ultimately takes care of each other. Manage your mental health with physical movement, eat well, sleep, hydrate, social distance and wear a mask.😷

We’ve got to do what we need to, to look out for one another and your safety in the studio matters! I’m glad you also love the new equipment...especially got a ton of love for the vinyl wipeable covers .
I’ve also completed the Sonoma County Business Self-Certification check list required for all small businesses before re-opening. I’ve done my part and will continue to check all the boxes necessary to be back and ready to go. In the meantime, be well everyone and I look forward to seeing you soon❤️
