I get asked ALL the time how to get this shredded. I get asked these 3 same questions every time.
1. What was your diet like?
2. What were your workouts like?
3. Was this natural?

First and foremost, if you don’t have discipline, it will be VERY hard to achieve many things in life. To get this lean, it took me 33 weeks of dieting. I think I screwed up 3 or 4 times in that 33 weeks. I had just came off of 3 surgeries and I wanted this so bad. This was the best shape I’ve ever been in.

The key to getting these results is discipline and being accountable to yourself and a coach of you have one. It’s NOT easy. So don’t think it will be. But if you want it bad enough, you’ll train your ass off and make sure your diet is on point. And yes this picture I achieved naturally training with 💪🏽 BOOM!

Even today I’m not satisfied with where I’m at. I’m ALWAYS looking to be better. Especially after currently being injured.

Time will always go by, it just depends on whether or not you focus on becoming better or not. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Stay focused on what you want. Never give up no matter how hard the road looks or becomes. Diamonds are made from being under pressure, remember that!
