Welcome to all of you and your daughters that have registered for the Tryouts.
A number of you have asked for more information as to the schedule for the day.
Check-in will be from 8AM to 9AM. All of the players will go through the skills sessions from 9AM until noon. Once that is completed we will bring back the pitchers and catchers and they will be evaluated between noon and 1PM. We should be finished by then depending on the number of players we have.
We wish all of you good luck and are looking forward to seeing you on the 13th.

A great program gives you structure. Great coaching knows when to CHANGE it. 🥎

This is the roadmap but once I know an athlete’s school schedule, training history, strengths, weaknesses, and demands, parts of this may completely change.

Some athletes will earn the entire progression. Others need more time building the foundation.

We adjust the program to the athlete. We NEVER force the athlete into the program.

And no matter how advanced we get never abandon the foundations.
