Our MMA classes focus on technical development, timing, strategy, and practical application. Students train striking, clinch work, takedowns, wall wrestling, defensive skills.

This evening is a huge moment for team IPFS.
It’s been a dream come true having coach a traditional Muay Thai program the last year-and-a-half.
and Josh are an awesome couple that coach the Muay Thai program together.
Jasmin is stepping up and leading by example as the first traditional Thai Rules competitor coming out of this camp.
Having a 5 fight background and facing an opponent with 7 fights experience, this is a high skill-tier matchup 💥
If you don’t know the difference, Thai Boxing is similar to western Kickboxing, except that the clinch is encouraged, fighters catch each other’s kicks and sweep each other, and fight with elbows.
Blows are scored on tiers where elbows, knees, and body kicks are scored the highest, and clean traditional form is emphasized in scoring.
We’re all on the edge of our seats for this match!
