Classroom looking a little different this year on the first day back with students! I’ve traded microscopes for mats, smartboards for foam rollers, and pre-teens for pre-menopausal women. Thankful for the opportunity to pursue a career change.

Class Times & Descriptions

Pelvic Love (Mon 7-745pm)
A class open for clients including, but not limited to diastasis recti, PCOS, endometriosis, prolapse, pelvic floor weakness, fibroids, infertility and more.

Open Level Mat Class (Tues 6-645 am)
Get your day started with a mat class open to all levels. Exercise modifications are available to those with any recent or chronic body conditions.

Beginner Class(Tues 10-1045 am)
An introduction to the basic pilates mat work. Appropriate for clients beginning pilates & those who want to learn to engage their core.

Intermediate/Advanced Class (Wed 5-45 pm)
A class for clients with an understanding & experience with basic mat pilates exercises.

Prenatal Class (Wed 7-745pm)
Perfect for any pregnant woman, this class will prepare the body for labor and delivery as well as reduce the chances of any pain or discomfort associated with pregnancy.

Relax & Restore Class (Thurs 10-1045 am)
A stretching class focusing on the core pilates principles which will relieve daily stress and pain. This class is perfect for any age.

Postnatal Class (Thurs 7-745 pm)
Perfect for any new mom, this class gently strengthens the core and pelvic floor beginning anywhere from 6-8 weeks after birth. Safe for women with diastasis recti or anyone who has had a c-section.
