Day 16. Bulgarian split squat. Stand backwards in front of a bench, box, chair or couch. Step one leg out about a foot in front and raise the other leg and place it on your surface behind you with the top of the foot flat. Decend down into a lounge trying to get both legs to a 90° range of motion. Return to standing repeat 10 with each leg.

Day 14. Ice skaters with stabilization. Ballance on one leg lifting the opposite side off the floor right beside it with the foot flexed, hip amd knee bent. Now hop sideways onto the opposite foot and hold for 1 to 2 seconds. Repeat going in the opposite direction, continue to perform alternating direction for 30 seconds.
