Greek Peak Mountain & Hope Lake Lodge are looking for a Human Resource Manager.

The Human Resource Manager function is to provide overall strategic human resource leadership to the organization. Maintains compensation and income-security programs by evaluating, recommending, and administering benefit programs. Oversee the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, including employee relations; employment practices; compensation and benefits; recruitment and orientation; training and development; retention; legal compliance and procedures; and employee communications.

Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, or four years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

We are looking for talented Staff Accountants to help support our Accounting Department. The Staff Accountant will work with Accounting Managers to process the day to day, monthly and year end operations of the accounting department by applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information, prepare financial reporting and utilize appropriate accounting control procedures.

Key responsibilities:
1. Compile financial information to prepare daily journal entries to the general ledger. *
2. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, daily cash reports and cost accounting reports. *
3. Monitor various system data for accuracy and completeness. *
4. Work with department heads to investigate any reporting discrepancies. *
5. Perform general account analysis and reconciliations.*
6. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.*
7. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word*
8. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require weekend and/or evening work.*
9. Performs other duties as assigned. *

The Successful Applicant will have a background in accounting with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.
