Greek Peak Mountain & Hope Lake Lodge are looking for a Human Resource Manager.
The Human Resource Manager function is to provide overall strategic human resource leadership to the organization. Maintains compensation and income-security programs by evaluating, recommending, and administering benefit programs. Oversee the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, including employee relations; employment practices; compensation and benefits; recruitment and orientation; training and development; retention; legal compliance and procedures; and employee communications.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, or four years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
