π₯°π₯°π₯° Get ready to sign up for Coopers Nutrition and weight loss accountability group. This group is going to begin Wednesday January 4th and will meet every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. for 8 weeks. This group includes:
π§ Accountability with weekly meetings and page.
π§ Nutrition advise and weekly challenges to help you in your weight loss and fitness journey.
π§ Access to Coopers classes in both centers.
π§ Projects that will help you meet your goals.
π§ Measurements and weekly weigh-in's.
π§ Encouragement and help throughout the process.
πππCost is only $80 for Coopers members and $150 for non-members.

Traci Cooper is a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and has been for 14 years. She is also certified in nutrition (since 2012) through the American Council on Exercise, certified in Behavioral Management and nutrition, (which includes how to create healthy habits and make them stick), also through ACE. She is also a senior at Tiffin University working on her degree in Health, Fitness and Wellness. Traci is also certified in many formats and has been on her own health and wellness journey for 17 years with an original 46 pound weight loss and maintenance. Traci will help you reach your goals.
