The Corsairs Hockey Organization is club style hockey program based out of the Kishwaukee Family YMCA. It utilizes the YMCA's unique indoor sports facility and provides a foundation/ home for the hockey community in the Dekalb county and surrounding areas. The mission of the Corsairs Hockey Organization is to provide an excellent instructional and disciplined team environment aimed at developing young hockey players. Our philosophy is to provide hands on skills training to stretch players beyond their comfort zone. Playing hockey with the Corsairs Hockey Organization requires players to exhibit a strong work ethic, commitment and sportsmanship. We strive to develop not only excellent hockey players, but people that demonstrate respect, integrity, and good character in their everyday life outside of hockey.
