🤔 WHY DO YOU WORK OUT?

I think my reasons have changed throughout my life.

When I was young, I ran because it made me feel strong, free, and confident. It helped me blow off steam and stay in shape for the sports I loved. 🏃‍♀️

Then came marriage and children. ❤️

I worked out to lose the baby weight. I wanted the strength and endurance to keep up with my kids, play with them, swim with them, and be there for them whenever they needed me. I wanted to enjoy every moment and make every memory count.

In my 30s, fitness became a way to feel stronger, look better, relieve stress, and connect with others. It wasn't just exercise—it became part of who I was. 💪

In my 40s, I found joy in helping others discover their own strength. Teaching fitness became a way to inspire healthier, happier lives. 🌟

Today, my reasons have changed again.

I love working out with my friends. I love playing with my grandchildren. I love teaching them how to move, how to be strong, and how to take care of themselves. ❤️

I know they will have their own reasons for exercising throughout their lives, just as I have.

The one thing that hasn't changed is this:

Fitness has always given me more life to live.

So now I'm curious...

💪 FITNESS IS A JOURNEY 💪

For nearly 20 years, I've been helping others on their fitness journey. But long before I taught classes or owned a fitness center, I simply wanted to stay healthy for my children. ❤️

Over the years, I've learned something important...

✨ Fitness isn't something you achieve once and keep forever.
✨ It's earned every day.

I've gained weight.
I've lost weight.
I've had great habits.
I've had not-so-great habits.

Life happens.

What I know for sure is this:

😊 When I'm healthy, my mood is better.
⚡ I have more energy.
❤️ I feel stronger.
🌞 I'm a better version of myself.

I've also learned that healthy eating matters. Choosing foods that fuel my body instead of foods I know will make me feel sluggish, tired, or unhealthy always puts me on a better path.

Fitness isn't about perfection.

👉 It's about consistency.
👉 It's about showing up.
👉 It's about taking care of yourself one day at a time.
