A gym established nearly a decade ago on the simple premise that members aren't just a number but are a part of the family! We have extremely knowledgeable trainers that specialize in running, cardio, strength training, cycling, spinning and Zumba. We also offer a wide range of membership prices that will fit your needs.

WE HAVE DOORS!!!
Which means… the wait is over, we’re open!!! 🎉
There is still a lot to do to finish up with the construction but we know you are all ready to get back to it!

**UPDATE**
Turns out code enforcement has a problem with the current front door to the building 😫 A new one is in transit but yet again giving us another delay. Another inspection is scheduled for Friday and we should be good to go after that. Thanks again for your patience!

Sooooo close, but looks like we need one more day to get one last issue taken care of. Thursday should be the day, and we can’t wait for you all to start putting this new space to work!

**MOVE UPDATE**
What a weekend 🥵 Due to some hold ups with construction, opening in the new space is looking more like Wednesday rather than Monday. Just a few extra days so we can make sure we have this place fully ready for everyone! Thank you for your patience, we can’t wait to see you all!

The Lord blessed me with a dream I had of owning a gym. After 13 years of owning The Fitness Gap we were led to sell. Our family is now beginning a new journey/adventure in Ocala Florida! Thank you for your support through the years. I am truly grateful to have had gym members that felt like a family. I cherish all of our conversations over the years.
