This is the white grunt aka “grey snapper” “ruby lip grunt” This is the most plentiful and underrated fish that we catch on our four and five hour trips. . 95 to 99 percent of what we get inside of 18 miles are these. During the winter months this is our main fish on all of our trips. I would put these fish as one of the top eating fish that I catch on the daily. I personally like them better than any other species I catch. Try them fried with some lemon and tartar sauce! Have a great day 🐡
