Five Points Fitness boasts a newly renovated, 17,000 sq. split level facility with a complete selection of modern exercise and strength training equipment, as well as an impressive array of cardiovascular machines (each with an individual television monitor). Five Points is especially proud of its fabulous Personal Training program, the key to a successful, sustained and efficient training regimen

. Highly affordable, customized programs geared to a variety of fitness goals are available. You can work out in two to five person groups (organized by gender and condition level) which provide the benefits of individual coaching and supervision by a top trainer with the advantage of shared cost (these sessions are fun, too). Or, you can choose to work out in private, intensive, one-on-one sessions. In addition to its roster of top notch, certified trainers, Five Points Fitness also boasts a staff of specialists and instructors in various health and fitness disciplines who offer some of the best Group Exercise classes in Marin.These classes are free with your gym membership and designed to fit everyone’s health and fitness needs. High intensity or Low intensity there’s a class for you. Classes include In-Alignment, Yoga, Mat Pilates, FPCycling, Boot Camp, and ZUMBA! Special health services include diet consultation with a certified nutritionist, physical therapy and massage. Five Points Fitness is owned and operated by two of Marin’s finest personal trainers. Their fitness philosophy is centered on five keys; strength, endurance, flexibility, stability and nutrition. Their goal is to raise the quality of the members’ lives; to help them become more active and vibrant in all aspects of their daily activities and to feel confident and happy with their appearance and health.

*NEW* Joint Mobility & Mindful Strength group fitness class in Corte Madera! Join Jude on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30am starting January 13th. This class is designed to enhance joint health, by guiding participants through exercises that move each joint through its full range of motion, promoting flexibility and reducing stiffness. Special emphasis is placed on core strength and stability using controlled body weight movements focused on the hips, shoulders, and spine. The program aims to build and tone muscles while refining posture and body awareness. Focused breathing and conscious movement are integrated throughout each session to facilitate a deeper connection between mind and body, leading to improved alignment and control.
