Hello Cavers,

Gymnastics and Parkour will be closed for Labor Day, September 7!

CrossFit hours: 9:00 a.m. & 10.00 a.m. classes only

Combo Camp: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Morning and After Care available)

All schedules will resume as normal the next day, on September 8.

NINJA NIGHT IS BACK!

Ready for an evening packed with obstacles, races, games, and serious ninja fun?
Join us Saturday, September 19th for Ninja Night at The Cave in San Rafael!

Kids ages 5–12 will run, climb, jump, race, and conquer Ninja Warrior–style obstacle courses throughout our parkour and gymnastics facilities. It’s the perfect chance to challenge themselves, build confidence, make new friends, and have a blast!

🥷 Ninja Warrior–style obstacle courses
🏃 Head-to-head races & timed runs
🎮 Games + supervised free play
🍕 Pizza dinner included
👕 Event T-shirt included

📍 San Rafael | 4:30–8:30 PM | Ages 5–12

This is a drop-off event, so parents can enjoy a few hours while the kids burn off some energy and have an unforgettable night! 🙌

Ending summer with a bang! 🤸‍♀️✨ Our team wrapped up the final week before school with the ultimate summer camp, full of huge smiles, team bonding, and SO many new skills unlocked on the floor, beam, and bars! Whether your child is ready to flip, tumble, or vault over obstacles, we’ve got a spot for them.

Fall Offerings:

Gymnastics: Build strength, balance, and core fundamentals.

Back(Flip) to School! 🤸‍♂️

Ready to take your backflip to the next level? Join us for a focused Backflip (Back Tuck) Foundations Workshop designed for athletes ages 7+ who want to build skills, confidence, and stronger technique.

This 2-hour intensive focuses specifically on backflip drills, progressions, body position, takeoff mechanics, and individualized coaching. Whether your athlete is working toward their first backflip or looking to improve height, consistency, and form, our coaches will meet them at their current skill level.

Sunday, September 13 | 1:00–3:00 PM
📍 The Cave – Corte Madera

Ages 7+

Enrollment is limited to maintain a low coach-to-athlete ratio and provide plenty of hands-on instruction. Spots are expected to fill quickly!

Need something fun and active for the kids on Monday? Join us at The Cave for a one-day Combo Camp featuring gymnastics and parkour!

Monday, September 7 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
📍 Corte Madera

Ages 3.5–12:

Pre-Rec campers ages 3.5–5 will focus on gymnastics, while Rec campers ages 6–12 can enjoy both gymnastics and parkour, with activities divided by age and skill level.
Morning Care: 9:00–10:00 AM | Aftercare: 2:00–4:00 PM (Additional fee applies)

Early Bird: 10% off when registered 2 weeks in advance!
