To each and every one of you who showed up Sunday, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🤍

Our hearts are connected to the people of Colombia, who just experienced a devastating 7.4-magnitude earthquake. Thousands of homes collapsed. So many lives were lost. So many others were left without a place to call home.

In the midst of such tragedy, something beautiful emerged, people like you, coming together with open hearts to remind those who are suffering that they are not alone.
Every act of kindness, no matter how small, carries light and hope to someone who may need it more than we know.

Because yoga teaches us to pause, to breathe, and to honor the connection between all of us
May we hold them in our hearts.

May their families feel surrounded by love and strength.
And may the energy we created together become a small light of hope for everyone who is suffering. 🇨🇴🙏
