June is here, and there’s so much to celebrate!

Our Pride flags are up at all studios, and we’re proud to stand for inclusion, connection, and love in all its forms. We remain committed to holding a space where everyone feels safe, supported, and welcome. 🏳️‍🌈 LOVE always wins!

One of our favorite events of the year is also back: Summer Solstice Silent Disco Yoga at Corte Madera Town Park! Think mats on the grass, headphones on, a feel-good flow with Carla, and a sweet way to celebrate one of the longest days of the year. After class, stay for wine, bites, and a Lululemon giveaway!

✨ We’re also bringing back Goddess Yoga, welcoming live music classes twice a month, offering a special Pride Donation Flow in support of the Marin LGBTQ Center, and creating plenty of space to slow down with sound baths.

Our 200-hour Teacher Training starts this Fall, and is back here sharing more about what this experience is all about! 💙

This program is for students who want to go deeper into the practice of yoga, not just through movement, but through study, breath, philosophy, anatomy, meditation, and the process of finding your own voice.

It’s a space to learn, build confidence, and understand yoga in a more complete way, on and off the mat.

Join Michele this Sunday in Corte Madera for her Inversions Pop-Up at 11:30am, then stay after for a FREE Info Session at 1pm to hear more about the training, ask questions, and get a feel for the program.

We’re so excited to introduce something new to the San Rafael schedule! ✨

Live Music Yoga Flows are now happening twice a month, with two different class experiences featuring live music by Gabriel Harris - .

Gabriel brings live sound into the room with singing bowls, handpan, instruments from around the world, and occasional voice, adding a rich, grounding layer to the practice.

Join for a stronger Vinyasa Flow and Marina Guastucci .vagabond for a slower, grounding Slow Flow + Sound. Both classes weave live music into the practice to support movement, breath, and presence.

This month only, join Leia this Thursday, May 21 at 12pm. Moving forward, Leia’s class will happen on second Thursdays of the month, at 12pm.

Marina’s class will happen every last Friday, at 6:15pm. This month, join her May 29th!

We’re so happy to welcome Ashley Lauren back to the Metta schedule! 🤍✨

Rooted in ancient wisdom and ancestral healing traditions, Ashley’s offerings weave together medicinal movement, mystic philosophy, and subtle medicine to cultivate a meditative field of healing and renewal.

Join her for Candlelight Yin + Restore on Wednesdays 7pm at Cloudbreak. This slow, nourishing class supports the body in unwinding while settling the nervous system. You’ll move through longer-held yin and restorative poses, creating space to release, soften, and reset.
