Join us for our YMCA Summer Bash on July 11th from 11 AM - 2 PM!

This FREE community event will feature facility tours, open gym, open swim, family fun, giveaways, and a special $0 Joining Fee for new memberships.

Mark your calendars for October 10th at 7:00 AM

AGES 8-11:
SWIM: 200 meters (4 down and backs)
BIKE: 6 kilometers (3 big loops of the outside track)
RUN: 2 kilometers (1 big loop of outside track)

AGES 12-15:
SWIM: 500 meters (10 down and backs)
BIKE: 10 kilometers (5 big loops of outside track)
RUN: 4 kilometers (2 big loops of outside track)

We're excited to announce that registration for our After School Program is officially open for the upcoming school year!

⚠️ Registration must be completed **IN PERSON** at the YMCA. Online and phone registrations are not available for this program.

🎉 NEW THIS YEAR! 🎉

We are proud to offer a **20% discount for BGISD and CISD employees** who enroll their children in our After School Program.

To receive the discount:
✅ Register in person
✅ Present a valid school district employee ID at registration

Please note:
• The 20% school employee discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
• This includes our sibling discount.

Signups for Dallas Hyrox dropped this week. Now is the time to start training!!!

Next Friday, June 19th at 7:00 AM we are doing a half sim.

-Run 1 kilometer (outside on the loop)
-1000 meter ski erg
-Run 1 kilometer
-50 meter sled push
-Run 1 kilometer
-80 meter burpee broad jump
-Run 1 kilometer
-1000 meter rower

We are starting early to hopefully beat the heat. If you don't have a membership, buy a $10 day pass and come train with us.
