Notice From the North Hills Golf Course Commission:
Kids on Course Policy
We're all about fostering a passion for golf at North Hills Golf Course, but safety and etiquette are top priorities on our course. That's why we're rolling out updated guidelines for children joining us on the green.
Golf carts, flying golf balls, uneven surfaces, and people swinging golf clubs are the primary sources of many injuries that occur on golf courses every year. While golf courses are a source of injuries for adults playing them, they can be even more dangerous to children who are less aware of how to properly respond to potential club swings, flying golf balls, and the sudden stops, turns, and bumps that golf carts encounter. North Hills golf course has adopted the following policies to promote the safest possible experiences for junior golfers.
To ensure everyone's safety, kids must:
Wait quietly and patiently during play
Stay aware of their surroundings to avoid accidents
Respect the course by avoiding damage and keeping pace
Age guidelines:
Kids under 6: Please enjoy our practice areas with prior authorization, kids under 6 are not permitted on the course
Ages 6-10: Supervised by a non-playing adult
Ages 11-14: Play with adult supervision
Ages 14 and up: Play unsupervised
Age 16: To Operate a power golf cart
Strollers and baby carriers aren't allowed on the course, but you're welcome to relax on the Greenside patio. And remember, our policies ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Let's tee off responsibly together!
