Personal training for runners in sports like Football, Track, Soccer, etc. We target important speed techniques practiced by some of the fastest and most successful athletes in history. Beneficial for most skill levels, seeking lean muscle mass, weight management, drastic increases in running speed and more. The results are accomplished through important resisted exercises on natural, soft and open running surfaces for a workout that is better for joints and muscles, but more challenging. Exceptional for short to middle distance runners under 100 meters, up to 800+, and cross training enthusiasts wanting next-level results. The goal of this program is to increase running speed through explosiveness, acceleration and endurance by utilizing terrain, like hills and sand, with eventual use of simple non-weighted resistance equipment. Surfaces are always checked for integrity and hazard cones are used to zone off the exercise area. Running distances are accurately measured. The TOP focus points are: Training that increases running and sprinting dynamics through strengthening of stability and coordination; On resisted terrain and equipment that targets explosiveness and prolonged muscle endurance with important exercise mechanics; Public but small group training which allows personal attention to detail and minimizes risk of injury during training or future competition.
