Our Junior Eagles registration deadline is a few weeks after Middle School and High School Registration. (That's next week on the 25th!) We've got until July 17th for the younger kids. But be sure to sign those 3rd to 6th graders up! This is our first year to have the Junior Eagles Volleyball team, and based on Spring Training, these girls are ready to SMASH it!

We care about our athletes (and their families!) all year long. We know everyone is out enjoying the splash pads, pools, lakes, beaches, and so much more fun (maybe not today, ha.).

And also those that have summer jobs, are mowing lawns, farm chores, summer camp, and the ones who keep busy running and golfing and all the other things all summer....

We just want to remind you all....to STAY HYDRATED! Hydration doesn't start once you are thirsty, once you're sweating at the game, when the sunburn kicks in, and all those other things that warn of dehydration. It starts when you wake up in the morning. And, hey, it helps with all these other things, too.

I know, I know, school's out for summer. No more facts, but if our teens are reading this...you get to be the teacher, too. Remind mom and dad and little sis and bro, and be sure to lead by example, too. Go drink your water!!!!
