Calling all baskets!

We still need several baskets for the Rudy Martinez Sinton Memorial. if you have one, let the board know so they can add you to the list. Arrangements can be made to pick up your basket if you can't make it to the tournament.

Praying for the best 🙏đŸŧ

As most everyone is surely aware by now, Team Latitude 64's JohnE McCray suffered a heart attack during a tournament this past weekend. JohnE's condition has been steadily improving but he still needs all the help we are able to provide him. We have released two DyeMax designs on Opto Glimmer Rivers, the proceeds from all sales will be donated directly to JohnE.

â„šī¸ DISC GOLF INFO
We will just leave this here in case you need to show someone new to the game the difference of the four main types of discs.

The wide rimmed distance drivers flies very fast, but is difficult to control. A blunt disc like the putt & approach has a more straight and controlled flight, but it does fly a lot slower through the air.

Most disc golfers are throwing the slowest (most blunt) disc possible to increase the level of control. That's the putt & approach. Getting to know your max distance with the different types of discs makes it easy to choose the right disc for every situation.

Personally, my favorite is to throw a putt & approach disc dead straight down a tight fairway, and hopefully land it close to basket with a gentle slide. What's your favorite type of disc to throw?

All the best / Johannes at Latitude 64°
