Another lesson down this summer, many more to go 🏐🔥 Our main goal was to use her arms more efficiently, leading to a quicker approach and better reach. The best thing about these sessions is being able to hone in on specific skills, building a stronger foundation and increasing performance level. Whether it’s a 1:1, semi, or clinic, any work is better than no work!

Progress is made in steps —> one step at a time to being better 💪 First round of July lessons are live, use link in bio to book!
