Today, four of our boxers competed in the Jo's Tournament, resulting in a 1-3 record, with one boxer winning a silver medal. We have a championship bout tomorrow. I am impressed with the coaching staff and boxers. One team, one family. It's an invaluable learning experience.

I haven't been to the gym in over a month due to work. However, I made a surprise visit to Jo's, and I am pleased to see that my coaches' hard work has paid off, as the boxers have started 2-0 tonight and advanced to the second round.
