SSLMK Update 5/28 - RESCHEDULED GAMES AND ALL-STAR TRYOUTS

All games from Weds, May 27 have been rescheduled to Monday, June 1. Coaches/Parents, it is imperative that you check with your schedules ASAP and contact Johnni Cavazos with the status of your team for the game on Monday. Any game that cannot be played is a field that we want to utilize for any necessary playoff games. Please contact me no later that Friday night, if possible. Your attention to this matter is appreciated! ANY PLAYOFF GAME WILL BE PLAYED IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED GAME ON MONDAY NIGHT

With the addition of these games ALL ALL-STAR TRYOUTS WILL BE MOVED BY ONE DAY. Please look at our MASTER SCHEDULE for these changes.

Tues, June 2:
JR ALLSTAR TRYOUTS followed by SR ALLSTAR TRYOUTS
Wed, June 3:
JR ALLSTARS 2nd TRYOUT followed by (JR Voting COACHES ONLY) then TA ALLSTAR TRYOUTS
Thurs, June 4:
SR ALLSTARS 2nd TRYOUT followed by (SR Voting COACHES ONLY) then TA ALLSTARS 2nd TRYOUT followed by (TA Voting COACHES ONLY)

We still have boxes of Worlds Finest Chocolate assorted boxes of candy bars. Anyone interested, you pay $30/40 bars, sell them and you keep the other $50. Come to the back of the concession stand M-Th during games or tryouts next week.

Due to the heavy rains last night and saturated/flooded fields, all games tonight will be rescheduled. Tonight's games will be moved to WED 5/27.

SSLMK Update 5/19

Thanks to the hard work of our field directors fields 1, 2, and 3 will be ready to play tonight. All games previously on field 4 have been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 20th. Please check your schedule and make sure to be there. We are at the end of our season and these games must be played as soon as possible. Anyone interested in applying for the Board of Directors may do so now. The deadline to turn in forms is May 25th. The form is available at sslmk.com, or you can pick one up in the back of the concession stand. Turn in to Adrienne or email your completed/signed application to [email protected]. Photos of the application will not be accepted.

Due to the heavy rains we had early this morning games are Canceled tonight, Monday, May 11th. All games will be rescheduled soon.

Well, after a crazy 3-hour rain delay on Saturday morning, our tournament ended late last night. Thank you to our board members and other volunteers who helped prepare the fields for play after the rain and worked to keep the fields marked and keep the park clean both days. Thank you to our concession crew, who worked very hard getting your orders out. Congratulations to all the teams that participated. Here are the winners:
