Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas, grandmas, aunts, and every woman who has stepped into the role of loving, guiding, encouraging, and shaping our next generation. We are so grateful for the strong women who have influenced our lives, helped guide us, and loved us into becoming who we are today.

We pray over all the athletes who are mamas, hope to be mamas one day, or are navigating every season of motherhood and child rearing. What a beautiful blessing and calling it is.

Lord, thank You for these women. Thank You for the love they continually pour into others, often while carrying so much themselves. Thank You for their patience, kindness, strength, wisdom, and sacrifice. We pray You would refresh them today and remind them that taking time for themselves matters too. Continue to guide them as they lead by example, love deeply, and impact the lives around them in ways they may never fully realize.

May they feel seen, appreciated, supported, and deeply loved today.

As we continue to grow, we wanted to share an exciting update with our community.

Our current location is stepping into a new chapter as Waypoint Strength & Conditioning under Cody and I, while Madison will continue forward with CrossFit Kohen as she expands into a future location.

We’re incredibly grateful for the past 4 years, memories, and community that we have been built, and we’re excited for the opportunity to continue serving the Corpus Christi community by bringing together people who work hard, grow stronger, and grow deeper in their faith alongside one another.

Our mission has always been bigger than fitness. We believe training should prepare you for real life— so that the demands of everyday life feel easier to carry both physically and mentally. Through movement, discipline, faith, and community, we aim to help build resilience, strengthen mental health, and create meaningful relationships that keep people accountable, encouraged, and committed to becoming better every single day.

At the heart of it all is a community rooted in purpose—people sharpening one another, supporting one another, and learning to persevere together both inside and outside the gym walls.

We’re thankful for everyone who has been part of this journey and excited for what’s ahead for all involved. Thank you for continuing to grow with us. The best is still ahead.
