When it comes to weight loss, it's easy to get caught up in workout routines and cardio sessions — but the truth is, what you eat plays a HUGE role in your results. 🥗🍎🍗

You can’t out-train a bad diet. You could spend hours in the gym, but if you're fueling your body with the wrong foods, it’ll be hard to see progress.

Here’s a quick reminder: ✅ Eating whole, unprocessed foods = better energy, better results
❌ Sugary snacks & fast food = more cravings, slower progress
